For our caps we recommend the following:

  • Performance - moderate compression performance fit for most head sizes.
  • High Volume - higher volume fit for larger heads or swimmers with longer hair.

If you accidentally purchase the wrong size just return it to us and we'll swap it for free.

The CHANGE® Training Tee is made to power your performance - with a relaxed fit and drop shoulder cut, it delivers max comfort and zero restriction. 

Crafted from premium 100% 220gsm cotton, this tee fuses softness with stretch so you can move naturally and train hard. Finished with raised CHANGE® blackout logos on the chest and back for that clean, elevated edge.

Our 100% silicone caps are PVC free. Stretchy silicone is a durable swim material and is also soft and protective of hair. Fast in the water, glide head first into your race lane.

Keep your racing cap longer by washing it in fresh water after use and air drying it away from radiators or other heat sources.
